I have found Sealey tools to be very good and the warranty on them is 100 percent no problem at all.
I bought a heavy duty trolley and it looks fantastic, it was easy to assemble and I have been impressed so far. I have for years bought Sealey kit and it's always done the job for me.

Good Morning, I just had to contact you to say what a fantastic experience I had from David and his team yesterday. Over the Xmas period I discovered faults with my (over 20 year old) Sealey TG130 Top Gun Plus Mig Welder so contacted your tech support team. David replied and offered copious support via e-mails. I asked if I could bring it direct to Bury St Edmunds from Lincolnshire (as my parents live nearby) and somebody have a look at it the same day if possible as it is a near 130 mile round trip. Although no promises were made, a date was set and I did this yesterday.
David was kind enough to show me around your workshop and operations (I am very very impressed) and to your display area where I was like a child in a sweet shop. I left the welder and, very much to your team’s excellent customer service and understanding of my journey and time frame, they managed to squeeze it in, service it and get it ready for me before I returned to Lincolnshire. In short, you have a very positive, productive and extremely good customer services team and it was so nice to see the "human" element recognised. Please could you pass on my thanks to all involved in yesterday’s repair and a special; THANK YOU to David.

Good morning. I know this email will probably go to the wrong department but hopefully this will be shared to all relevant people. I have to say that as a consumer this is the first time I can honestly put my hands up and admit how overwhelmed I am with the customer service experience received in the last 24 hours, in fact, it has not even been 24 hours since my first point of contact with Sealey. From phone call enquiry to payment to receiving the exact product I needed has been a true pleasure. I do not know how to put it into words. Thank you to the young lady who took my call and dealt with it professionally with no ifs buts or maybe's and just processed the sale on to accounts who took the payment and then despatch. The part arrived approximately 35 minutes ago. What a way to present the company and the great products they supply. There are a lot of companies out there who could learn a lot from your people on providing a first class customer experience. Keep up this great effort.

I would just like to thank you for a very pleasant phone call to yourselves that I had in replacing a broken 19mm impact socket.
