What's covered under my product's warranty?
Parts and labour are included for the warranty period. The guarantee covers the replacement of the individual component which has failed as a result of defective material or manufacture. It does not cover the replacement of an entire set of tools or products.
When processing a warranty claim, we reserve the right to charge for any replacement consumable items which must be fitted to ensure the safe operation of the product. We also reserve the right to replace and charge for any electrical cables, plugs or safety guards linked to the product where we deem such replacement necessary to make it safe for use.
High-value items may be repaired and returned rather than replaced.

What do I need to register my product?
All you need is the product model and serial number, the place of puchase and ammount paid. Proof of purchase will be required when claiming against your warranty.
