Who do I contact if my product isn’t working as expected?
Product Guarantees
Guarantee claims must be made through the retailer (your place of purchase), where you will need to provide proof of purchase.
Product Repairs and Servicing
To save you time and money, our Technical Department can talk you through minor repairs. We can help you maintain and prolong the life of your tool. Some of our products will require regular servicing to keep your equipment in good working order, such as oil changes for certain compressors, which we can advise on.

Where can I find product safety data and energy documentation?
All available documentation can be found on the relevant product page.
- Safety data sheets and manuals are located under the 'Specification & Documents' tab.
- For products with energy labelling requirements, the energy rating icon is shown on the product page - click the icon to view the product’s energy label.
- Product information sheets (fiches) are linked next to the energy rating icon, where applicable.
If you’re having trouble finding a document, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you.
Can I request a copy of your catalogue?
Absolutely! If you are in the UK or Eire, fill out our Literature Request Form and we will send you a free copy in the post. Alternatively, you can browse our products by accessing our online catalogue.
Catalogues are mailed out to addresses within the UK and Eire. If you are outside these areas, please contact our Export Team who will put you in touch with a local stockist.
Where can I find spare parts for my product?
We stock over 165,000 spare parts - including parts for products discontinued decades ago. If we no longer stock an exact part, we’ll do our best to source a suitable alternative.
To identify the part you need:
- Visit the product page and check the 'Specifications & Documents' tab for a parts diagram. This will help you locate the correct part number.
- You can also view a list of available spares for the product under the 'Spare Parts' tab.
IIf you already know the part number or description, you can search for it directly using our Spare Parts Finder.

Warranty & Repairs
How do I register my product warranty?
It’s quick and easy to register your warranty online.
Just log in or create a free MySealey account, then head to the ‘My Products’ section to fill out the short warranty registration form.
You'll need:
- The model number of your product
- The date and place of purchase
- The price paid
Once registered, you’ll be able to see how long is left on your warranty anytime by logging into your account.
What’s covered under my product’s warranty?
Parts and labour are included for the warranty period. The guarantee covers the replacement of the individual component which has failed as a result of defective material or manufacture. It does not cover the replacement of an entire set of tools or products.
When processing a warranty claim, we reserve the right to charge for any replacement consumable items which must be fitted to ensure the safe operation of the product. We also reserve the right to replace and charge for any electrical cables, plugs or safety guards linked to the product where we deem such replacement necessary to make it safe for use.
High-value items may be repaired and returned rather than replaced.

How long does the warranty last?
All Sealey products, excluding consumable items, are covered by a minimum 1-year parts and labour guarantee. Extended guarantees are also available free of charge on many products. To register your purchase, login to your MySealey account.

How do I arrange a repair?
If your product is no longer under warranty, or if it’s been damaged through wear and tear or misuse, we may still be able to help with a chargeable repair. To get started, please contact the retailer you purchased it from and they’ll be able to help arrange the repair.
Prefer to handle the repair yourself? Spare parts are available at competitive prices, making local repairs a convenient option.

What’s the process for returning a faulty product?
Returns must be arranged through the place of purchase. Please give the retailer as much information about the fault as possible so they can return the product to us for a swift repair.
Do I need proof of purchase for warranty claims?
Yes, proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim.
Please note that registering your product in MySealey does not count as proof of purchase, so be sure to keep a copy of your receipt in a safe place.
Can I order replacement parts for a damaged item?
Yes, we maintain stock for most spare parts, even if a product is discontinued. With over 165,000 different spare parts in stock, we ensure you have access to the components you need for years to come.

We don’t sell directly through this website. Instead, our products are available through a network of trusted stockists across the UK, and we export to over 70 countries worldwide.
To order:

- For online purchases, click the ‘Buy Online’ button on the product page to view available retailers.

You can find your nearest distributor using our Stockist Locator. Just enter your postcode or location to see a list of local stockists.

Can I buy directly from your website?
No, we don’t sell directly through this website. Our products are available through a network of authorised stockists and online retailers.

How long does delivery take?
Please refer to the delivery information given by the online retailer you purchased from.
Our distributors hold stocks of fast-moving items. If they do not stock the specific item you need, they can order it from us and we will deliver it to them promptly. For a competitive price, your order can be packed and dispatched via carrier for express delivery direct to you (UK Mainland only).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We export to over 70 countries. Contact our Export Team to find a stockist near you.
I requested a free copy of your catalogue - when will it arrive?
You will normally receive our catalogue within a few days. In the meantime, you can explore our full product range on the website or browse the online catalogue.

If your password isn’t working, click ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I update my account details?
Log into your MySealey account and go to ‘Account Settings’. From there, you can update your name, email address, password, and other personal information.
How do I delete my MySealey account?
To request deletion of your MySealey account, please contact us. We’ll process your request in line with our data protection obligations.
For security, we may need to confirm a few details to ensure the request is coming from the account holder. Once confirmed, we’ll remove your account and associated data.
